Obviously issues has arisen over who the best actor is in the Nigerian movie industry and in the long run of the argument, Ramsey Noah and Desmond Elliot where real contenders but right now we still can't tell who the person is....For me i would choose...well i don't want to be bias in this case.may be you should answer this question yourself
